As an important recycled aluminum processing enterprise in East China, Fujian Guoxin Aluminum Industry's waste aluminum crushing and sorting line is a core link in the production chain. Due to the adjustment of the factory planning, the entire production line needs to be relocated to a new site, and it is required to minimize the impact on subsequent production. By adopting the method of modular disassembly and assembly and parallel operation, it completed the relocation of the entire line including crushers, sorters, and conveying systems in only 26 days, and delivered 3 days ahead of the original plan.

While restoring the equipment, Zhongbu Cili carried out targeted optimization for the pain points of Guoxin Aluminum Industry's original warehousing system: first, reconstructing the logistics layout to shorten the material transfer distance and reduce energy consumption; second, maintaining and upgrading key equipment such as magnetic separators and eddy current separators to extend their service life.
